Safety Precautions
WARNING!
• Unintentional operation or impermissbile damage can lead to generally dangerous
situtations including physical injury.
Take suitable measures to prevent unintentional operation or inadmissible damage!
• Hazardous situations can arise during installation work.
This work may only be carried out by specialist personnel using appropriate tools!
cAuTION!
• The system is live.
Interventions may result in an acute risk of injury.
Always switch off the power supply before starting work!
Observe all applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical equip-
ment.
• The system is pressurised.
Risk of injury when loosening or removing lines or valves.
Depressurise the system before starting work!
• Interruption of the electrical or pneumatic power supply can result
in undefined statuses in the process.
Ensure that the process is restarted in a defined and controlled manner after an
interruption!
• The pressure in the system drops during switching.
This can result in damage to the system.
Design the pressure supply system with as large a volume as possible.
Repair
If a repair is necessary, remove the modul and send it on the responsible Bürkert location or contact our after-
sales service.
