cANopen RuN LED Device status Description
Single flash STOPPED Fieldbus module is status STOPPED.
Blinking PRE-OPERATIONAL Fieldbus module is status PRE-OPERATIONAL.
ON OPERATIONAL Fieldbus module is status OPERATIONAL.
cANopen ERROR LED
cANopen ERROR LED Device status Description Remedy
OFF no error Device is ready for opera-
tions. -
Single flash Warning Limit Fieldbus module has
detected a certain number
of transmission errors (war-
ning limit). Check cable connections
and terminal resistors.
If necessary, reduce baud
rate or bus cable length.
Double flash Guard Event
has occurred. No guarding telegram was
received within the given
time (time out). Check whether master
sends a guarding telegram
within the given time.
ON Bus OFF Fieldbus module has dis-
connected itself from the
bus due to a large number
of detected transmission
errors (Bus OFF). Check the cable connec-
tions and terminal resistors.
If necessary, reduce baud
rate or bus cable length.
Restart the field bus mo-
dule.
