Safety Precautions
NOTE! Compliance with the EMC Act is only assured when all FE connections have been made.
cAuTION!
The DIN rail must be secured and the locking pins (modules) must be locked.
If this is not assured, the system may not be watertight and airtight.
Be sure to lock all open fixtures and locks before commissioning.
Block Mounting� on the Wall
Install the block on the wall.
Install the FE connection on the front of the fieldbus module.
Connect the FE contacts via the FE rail and also connect the rail to FE.
Block Mounting� on dIN Rail
Remove the blue connection brackets between the modules.
Ensure that the mountings of the DIN rail are open.
Install the block on the DIN rail by hooking in at the top and then pushing in.
Screw all the DIN rail mountings tight.
Fit all the blue connection brackets again.
Install the FE connection on the front of the fieldbus module.
Connect the DIN rail to FE.
