10.4 Call waiting +CCWA
Description:
This command allows control of the call waiting supplementary service. Activation, deactivation and status
query are supported. Parameter is used to disable/enable the presentation of an unsolicited result code
+CCWA: , , [, ] to the TE when call waiting service is enabled. Command
should be aborted when network is interrogated.

Response Syntax: (for =2 and command successful)

Unsolicited result: +CCWA: , , [, ] (when waiting service is enabled)
