1: Enable network registration code result code +CREG :

0: not registered, ME is not currently searching for a new operator.
1: registered, home network.
2: not registered, ME currently searching for a new operator to register to.
3: registration denied.
4: unknown.
5: registered, roaming.
: string type; two byte location area code in hexadecimal format (e.g. “00C3” equals 195 in decimal).
: string type; two byte cell ID in hexadecimal format.
6.4 Preferred operator list +CPOL
Description :
This command is used to edit (or update) the SIM preferred list of networks. This list is read in the
SIM file selected by the command AT+CPLS.
