The GPIO value is between 0 and 7.
It must be a GPIO or a GPO (not a GPI), and not allocated by any Open-AT

For P32X3 product: ( X * 38.5 ) ns ;
For P32X6 product : ( 1 + 2 X ) * 19 ns.
This is the time between the setting of an address on the bus, and the activation of the LCD_EN pin (T1 on
the figure bellow).
