7.2 PIN remaining attempt number +CPINC
Description :
This specific command is used to get the number of valid attempts for PIN1 (CHV1), PIN2 (CHV2),
PUK1 (UNBLOCK CHV1) and PUK2 (UNBLOCK CHV2) identifiers.
Syntax :
Command syntax : AT+CPINC
Response syntax : +CPINC : ,,,

Defined values
, are the attempts left for PIN1, PIN2 (0 = blocked, 3 max)
, are the attempts left for PUK1, PUK2 (0 = blocked, 10 max)
For this to work, the card should be present at the time of initialization, otherwise an error will be sent
(+CME ERROR : 10).
Note: if PIN2 not aviable , the n2 and k2 maybe 255
7.3 Facility lock +CLCK
Description:
This command is used by the application to lock, unlock or interrogate an ME or network facility .
Note: Test SIM cards (with MCC=001 & MNC=01) doesn’t check “PS”, “PN”, “PU”, “PP” and “PC”
locks.
Syntax :
Command syntax: AT+CLCK= ,[,[,] ]
Response syntax: +CLCK: [ , ]+CLCK: , [ … ] ]
