EEPROM Error

When an EEPROM error occurs, the following error code appears on the LCD of the scanner's
operator panel.

E7:D2 EEPROM Error

Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you
purchased this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List or the Contact for
Inquiries section in Safety Precautions bundled with this product and make an inquiry.

Image Memory Read-Write Error

If an error occurs when data is read from the image memory or written to the image memory, the
following codes are displayed on the LCD of the scanner's operator panel.

E9:F5 Image memory read-write error (Front)

E9:F6 Image memory read-write error (Back)

Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you
purchased this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List or the Contact for
Inquiries section in Safety Precautions bundled with this product and make an inquiry.

Hopper Malfunction

When a hopper malfunction occurs, the following error code appears on the LCD of the scanner's
operator panel.

F0:C0 Hopper Malfunction

Take the following measures.

Make sure that there is nothing beneath the hopper.

Confirm that the hopper is not closed with the pick roller unit in the upper position.

Turn the scanner off then back on.

If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you
purchased this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List or the Contact for
Inquiries section in Safety Precautions bundled with this product and make an inquiry.

Stacker Malfunction

When a stacker malfunction occurs, the following error code appears on the LCD of the scanner's
operator panel.
