Turn the scanner off then back on.

Memory Error
When a memory error occurs, one of the following error codes appears on the LCD of the scanner's
operator panel.
C0:E5 Memory error (Front)
C0:E6 Memory error (Back)
Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you
purchased this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List or the Contact for

LSI Error
When an LSI error occurs, one of the following error codes appears on the LCD of the scanner's
operator panel.
C0:E9 LSI error (Front)
C0:EA LSI error (Back)
Turn the scanner off then back on.

USB Error
