Incompatible PLC software settings or there is
a hardware problem.
• Check the PLC.
• Remove the cause of the error on the controller side.
Communications cable is disconnected or
damaged.
• Check the connector to make sure the cable has a signal.
• Replace the communications cable.

consult with your Yaskawa representative or the nearest Yaskawa sales office.

Check the PLC program and correct problems.
