6.9 BIOS Setup
The BIOS Setup program can be used to view and change the BIOS settings for the computer.
The BIOS Setup program is accessed by pressing the key after the Power-On Self-Test
(POST) memory test begins and before the operating system boot begins.
Table 6-2 lists the
BIOS Setup program menu features.
Table 6-3 lists the function keys available for menu screens.

<+> or <–> Change the field value of a particular setup item.
Selects a setup fields.
Executes command or selects the submenu.
Display the general help screen.
Load the fail-safe configuration values of the BIOS.
Load the optional defaults values of the BIOS.
Save the current values and exits the BIOS Setup program.
Exits the menu.
