Symptom

Liquid leaks out from the
drain plug at the bottom
of the module.
Liquid is building up inside the
module.
Shut down the system and call
Bio-Rad Technical Support.

Pressure sensors read
>
0–1 psi when the NGC
system is idle.
With regular use, pressure
sensor values may drift over
time.
Rebooting NGC systems may
cause the column switching
valve to lose calibration.
Recalibrate the column switch
valve. In ChromLab, select
Tools > Calibrate > Column
Switching Valve Pressure.
Complete the calibration
steps in the dialog box.
Reset the pressure values for
the column switch value to
factory settings. In ChromLab,
select Tools > Calibrate >
Column Switching Valve
Pressure. Click Reset to
factory.
