Buffer Blending Valve

Liquid leaks out from the
drain plug at the bottom
of the module. Liquid is building up inside the
module. Shut down the system and call
Bio-Rad Technical Support.

Pressure sensors read
>
0–1 psi when the NGC
system is idle.
 With regular use, pressure
sensor values may drift over
time.
 Rebooting NGC systems may
cause the column switching
valve to lose calibration.
 Recalibrate the column switch
valve. In ChromLab, select
Tools > Calibrate > Column
Switching Valve Pressure.
Complete the calibration
steps in the dialog box.
 Reset the pressure values for
the column switch value to
factory settings. In ChromLab,
select Tools > Calibrate >
Column Switching Valve
Pressure. Click Reset to
factory.
