When you have completed Step 1 Select Gels to Analyze and Step 2 Detect spots, you
are ready to proceed to Step 3 - Create MatchSet. Follow the same procedure as you
did when you Created a New MatchSet as far as Name, Description, Comments, and
Member Sharing.
If you want to change the default directory in which you store your MatchSets click
Change. To select the directory in which the MatchSet will be saved, click Edit >
Preferences > Paths tab, browse to select the appropriate directory folder, and click
OK. Otherwise, if the default button in the Paths tab is checked, the directory defaults
to the last directory you used.
