3. In the Password field, enter the password that is associated with the user account.
4. Click Save to save the VirtualCenter credentials.
Changing VirtualCenter server credentials
If you want to change the credentials for a VirtualCenter server, select the server, then
click the Configure VirtualCenter server button. The Set VirtualCenter server
credentials window will appear in the right pane.
Changes to the credentials will apply to all protection jobs that use this VirtualCenter
server.
Note:
Changes made to the VirtualCenter server credentials for a particular protection
job only apply to that job. They are not reflected in the managed VirtualCenter
servers. To change credentials for an individual protection job, see
.
1. The IP address or DNS Name field is automatically filled in with the IP address or
name of the server you selected.
2. In the User name field, enter the user name for the account you will be using to log
on to the VirtualCenter server.
3. In the Password field, enter the password that is associated with the user account.
4. Click Save to save the VirtualCenter credentials.
Storage Mirroring Recover for Virtual Infrastructure will attempt to authenticate the
supplied credentials.
