be enabled (error code:

This alert occurs if there
is an unexpected error
enabling e-mail
notification during
service startup. Check to
see if any other errors
related to e-mail
notification have been
logged. Also, check to
make sure the Windows
Management
Instrumentation (WMI)
service is enabled. If
neither of these apply,
contact technical
support.

make sure Internet Explorer
5.0 or later is installed.
