Status Registers
Status Registers Overview
Description The status registers are used to determine the
status of the spectrum analyzer. The status
registers maintain the status of the pass/fail
limits, trigger status and other operation
statuses.
The status registers are arranged in a number of
groups:
 Questionable Status Registers
 Standard Event Status Registers
 Operation Status Registers
 Status Byte Register
 Service Request Enable Register
 Error/Event Queue
 Output Buffer
