Displaying Waveforms on Monitor Screens
Data Monitor displays the data that is retrieved from the host at the scan interval. The
following six types of monitor screens are available: Trend, Numeric, Meter, Alarm, Color
Graph, and Circular. Data Monitor is started from the Launcher.
Note
To change the port number that Data Monitor uses, see section 2.5.
Starting Data Monitor
Procedure
1.
Click Data Monitor on the Launcher’s toolbar or choose Data Monitor from the
View menu.

Data Monitor starts and a monitor screen appears.

from the data logging software)

Click an icon on the monitor bar to open a new monitor screen. You can also
choose a monitor name from the Window menu to display the monitor screen.
