policy(ies) without an associated gateway policy. When there is a network
policy in the Recycle Bin, the Recycle Bin gateway policy automatically
displays in this screen. See

In the VPN Rule (IKE) screen, click the add gateway policy (

to display the VPN-Gateway Policy -Edit screen.
