Click VPN to display the VPN Rules (IKE) screen. This is a read-only menu of your IPSec
rule (tunnel). To add an IPSec rule (or gateway policy), click the add gateway policy (

icon. Edit an IPSec rule by clicking the edit (

) icon to configure the associated submenus.
