For some batches, you might also need to enter
◆
the number of parts for the supply

◆
whether to cut the last tag or label in a batch
◆

◆
whether to cut the supply between batches
◆
how many tags to print for each batch.
This information should be on a completed Data Entry Guide. The

format to show all the prompts and responses.
If you are going to print multiple batches, you might want to use
the batch separator feature. See "Separating Multiple Batches."

Each format requires a specific supply size. If you load supplies
that are a different length than the format calls for, you’ll see an
error message when you try to print. To correct the problem, see
Chapter 2, "Loading Supplies" and load the correct supply.
If the correct supply is loaded and you still get the error message,
the supply is not being fed correctly. When this happens, you
have to adjust the supply sensor.
