Data Entry Mode
Select Format: SAMPLE Press u or d until you see the
format name SAMPLE, then press
e .
Selects the format named SAMPLE for
printing tags.
The screen you see next depends on how your printer has been
set up through Printer Options.
◆ If you see
Format: SAMPLE
Enter Batch Name _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Type TEST and press e .
Assigns the name TEST to the batch
you are going to print.
◆ If you see
COPIED batch AUTO# The printer has copied the data from the
tag you printed with the T)est function.
It has assigned the name AUTO# (#
represents the number displayed) to the
batch you are going to print.
Then you’ll see
UPCA ? _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Type 01234567890 and press e .
This is the bar code data.
DATE ? _ _/_ _/_ _ Type a new date and press e . Use
the format: 2 digit month, 2 digit day, 2
digit year (don’t type the slashes).
PRICE ?$ 0.00 Type 1995 and press e .
This is the amount of the price (the
dollar sign and decimal point will print
automatically).
