4. To change a field definition, you can
◆ Press C to delete the old value. Then enter a new value
and press e .
◆ Enter the new value over the old one and press e .
◆ Press e after each field definition to review it without
changing anything.
Press d or u to go forward or backward to a specific
screen.
5. When you finish reviewing or editing, press 1 . This saves
any changes and displays the Format Entry menu. Press 1
again to exit to the main menu.
A d d i n g a F i e l d
If you want to add a field to a format, you must add it after the
last field in the format.
To add a field to a format
1. Start at the field definition screen:
Field 01: P)rompt, F)ix, L)ine
M)erge, S)ub, G)raph or T)est _
2. Press d until you see the field number for the last field in
the format.
3. Press d again. The screen shows a new field number.
4. Select the type of field you want and enter the values.
