FX
This is a small selection of basic effects, not to be mixed up with the collection of Effect Plug-ins
covered in depth in chapter

Description
FX
Comp
Basic compressor allowing you to give a Sound more density.
Drive
Defines the amount of saturation applied to a Sound.
SR
SR
stands for “sample rate”: you can use it to lower the original sample rate in
order to make the Sound more lo-fi.
Bits
Allows you to lower the original bit depth of the Sound, resulting in a more
rough, digital sounding lo-fi effect.
FILTER
The
Filter
selector in the
FILTER
section gives you access to a set of different filters. Using the
arrows or clicking the type currently displayed, you can choose from different filter type settings:

BP2
,
HP2
, and
EQ
. Each type results in different parameters to the right of it:

LP2
LP2 is a low-pass filter with

parameter.

can be modulated by

HP2
HP2 is a high-pass filter with
Cutoff
and
Resonance
parameters.

can be

EQ
The EQ is an equalizer with
Frequency
