1 Click the [Set In Point] ([Set Out Point]) list button on the Player.

• In the case of captured sources displayed in the file mode, move the slider to the In (Out) point, and click [Set In

Point] ([Set Out Point]) with [Shift] on the keyboard held down. The same operation can be performed by [Set Video
In] ([Set Video Out Point]) or [Set Audio In Point] ([Set Audio Out Point]).

• Right-click the slider on the Player, and click [Clear In Point] ([Clear Out Point]). To delete to the In (Out) point of the

video and audio parts, click [Clear Video In Point] ([Clear Video Out Point]) or [Clear Audio In Point] ([Clear Audio Out
Point]).

• Deleting In point:

[Alt] + [I]

• Deleting Out point:

[Alt] + [O]

Register clips displayed on the Player to the bin.

Note

• Sources displayed in the deck mode on the Player cannot be registered directly to the bin.
• When registering a clip displayed on the Player to the bin from the source browser, the registered clip will directly

reference the source on the device. When transferring the source to the PC at the same time that it is registered to
the bin, register and transfer it to the bin from the source browser, or partially transfer the source.

• Right-drag and drop the clip on the Player onto the bin, and click [Add clip(s)].
• Adding clips on the Player to the bin:

[Shift] + [Ctrl] + [B]

Registering between In and Out Points to the Bin As a Separate Clip
(Subclip)

The range between In and Out points set to the clip can be copied as a subclip and registered to the bin.
Subclips reference the same source as the original clip (master clip).

• Subclips cannot be created from the sources displayed in the deck mode.
• Subclips cannot be created from clips to which In and Out points have been set separately for the video part or audio

part of a video clip with audio.
