Enable or Disable Payload Compression and Decompression in the form x, where:
0 = Disable Decompression, Disable Compression
1 = Disable Decompression, Enable Compression
2 = Enable Decompression, Disable Compression
3 = Enable Decompression, Enable Compression
Example: EPC=1 (selects decompression off and compression on)

xx = 00-99 The last 10 seconds percent savings or compression efficiency
Each parameter is separated by a colon.
Example: CSA=2.0E+03:1.0E+03:50:50
NOTE: If the Compression Option Card is not present then all numeric fields display "X"
