Set or return Tx Symbol Rate, in Ksps, in the form dddddd.ddd where the valid range is:
QPSK/8PSK: 1000 to 63000Ksps
16APSK: 1000 to 47000Ksps
32APSK: 1000 to 38000Ksps
* All 9/10 MODCODs are not valid in Short Block operation
NOTE: If the Symbol Rate is set, then the Data Rate rate will be automatically calculated and updated.

Set or return Tx Data rate in Ksps, Resolution=1 bps in the form xxxxxx.xxx.
NOTE: If the Data Rate is set, then the Symbol Rate will be automatically calculated and updated. The symbol
rate will be limit checked to assure valid ranges.
The Data Rate can only be changed in Non-MultiStream Mode and only with the Ethernet interface selected.
