Receive Power Level has tripped AGC alarm point.

CnC Lock

Carrier-in-Carrier is enabled but not locked.

OutputData

For enabled optional synchronous interfaces this alarm indicates a
problem with output data. Not applicable to Ethernet Interfaces.

Receive EsNo is below configured alarm point.

Receive Phase-Lock Loop fault.
