Recommended Standard (RS) Designations are superseded by the new designation of the
Electronic Industries Association (EIA). References to the old designations may be shown when
depicting actual text (e.g., RS‐232) displayed on the Web Server pages, serial remote interface, or
unit rear panel. All other references in the manual refer to EIA designations.
Metric Conversion
Metric conversion information is provided at the inside back cover of this manual to assist the
operator in cross‐referencing non‐Metric to Metric conversions.
