Data Logging (PC)
Collecting The Data
From the Options menu, select Data Logging and then Log Data to bring up the following window. The
user can also activate the window by pressing “Ctrl + D”.

Selecting the Data Channels
Once you have opened the Log Data window, you will need to select which channels to log. Select the
type of data to log from the Engine Data Group. Changing the Engine Data Group will change the
available channels that appear in the left hand side column. Select a channel by clicking on the items in
the left hand side window. To select more than one item to add, hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key on the keyboard
while clicking on additional items.
Once you have selected the items that you wish to add, press the ‘>>’ button or press the enter key to add
the channel that you have selected from the left hand side column. When you have added the item, the
item will appear in the right hand side column.
With the Auxiliary Channels, only channels that are enabled will be available for data logging. When the
user shuts down the data logging window, the channels that have been selected will be recalled for future
use.
Logging the Data
Once you have selected all the channels that you wish to log, press the ‘Start Data logging’ button or
press the F7 key. To stop the Data log press the ‘Stop Data logging’ button or press the F8 key. Note
hitting F7 and F8 while the data logging window is closed will start the data logging provided the user has
