Select the new 10 digit local dialing rule from the left side, and click “Add >>”.
Then click OK. The window will close.
You can test the rule that was created by clicking the Validate button on the
main Validation Editor interface. Enter some example input numbers, and verify
the OUTPUT: listed in the results window is correct.
