Once the files are installed, the Popup Notifier Configuration will run to
configure your NET SatisFAXtion fax user account for the first time.
On Vista and newer, you may see a User Account Control (UAC) prompt. Enter an
Administrator password (if required) and click OK or Allow.
The Popup Notifier Configuration needs to know if you already have a NET
SatisFAXtion fax user account already, or if it needs to create one for you.
