Processor Board

The processor board is the source of all monitor activity. The board
is responsible for all of the monitor's high-level functions, including
the following:
 Managing user communication with the monitor
 Controlling the timing at which the sensors fire (i.e., take
readings)
 Retrieving and storing sensor data
 Maintaining the monitor time and date
 Performing power management
