Problem
Range from the ultrasonic depth subsystem is too short
(but not zero).

Causes
Pipe height may be incorrect.
Electronic offset may be incorrect.
CS3 depth sensor may be dirty.
CS3 depth sensor may be faulty.

Verify the pipe height.
Verify electronic offset and adjust if necessary.
Clean the sensor.
