Introduction
This 6m No-Till Heavy Duty Air Drill has been designed
with care and built by skilled workers using quality mate-
rials. Proper setup, maintenance, and safe operating
practices will help the customer get years of satisfactory
use from the machine.
This manual will familiarize you with planning, unloading,
and assembly of this drill. Most operating information is
contained in the Operator manual.

This manual covers final assembly of the basic
NTA607HD drill, as containerized for export, and some
features and options.
Features/Options Covered Include:
• cart assembly
• implement assembly
• dual-2890 liter hopper configuration
Coverage Planned:
• single 2890 liter and saddle tank configuration
• ground-drive fertilizer pump and plumbing
• single 5290 liter configuration
Note: This manual does not presently fully cover single-
hopper models. If the drill at hand is not dual-hop-
per, contact the factory prior to assembly. Also
check that hose lengths for the row spacing at
hand are fully documented in the Appendix. If
not, contact the factory prior to commencing work.

• Variable Rate Kit installation (see 166-263M)
• marker installation (see 113-850M)
• NTA2007HD assembly - This model is delivered from
the factory fully assembled. Pre-use setup tasks for
NTA2007HD are covered in the 166-283M Operator
manual.
Description of Unit
The NTA607HD Drill is a pull-type integrated air drill. It
has single or dual hoppers for separate or simultaneous
delivery of seed and/or granulated dry fertilizer. The sin-
gle-hopper configuration offers optional liquid fertilizer
saddle tanks.
The NTA607HD offers optional brakes, which work in
conjunction with the tractor brakes. Other options include
variable rate servo and markers.
