Rack Unloading
The drill components are provided on four racks.
1. Remove the racks from the container. Position them
clear of the assembly area.
Cart Frame Rack
Refer to Figure 6
The Cart Frame rack contains:
• cart mainframe w/walkboard and ladders
• main transport wheels
• main transport axle assemblies
• gearboxes and seed meters
• fan and manifold assembly
Null4:
Unload Hopper/Tongue Rack
Note: This is the largest rack, and may be the heaviest,
due to the three sets of implement weights.
Refer to Figure 7
The Hopper/Tongue rack contains:
• hopper (or hoppers, or hopper and tanks) on hopper
frame - hoppers may contain loose components
• tongue assembly
• wing gauge wheels
• caster wheels and pivots
• implement weights
• miscellaneous crates or cartons (not shown in Figure)
• markers (if equipped)
