Free Hopper Frame
Refer to Figure 15 (depicting a dual 2890 liter hopper set. The
single 5290 liter hopper, and the single 2890 with saddle tanks
are delivered on a frame racked in the same manner)
19. Prior to freeing the hopper frame, note which is front
and back on the hoppers. At the lids, the handles
are in front, and the lid pivot is in back.
20. Remove and save eight sets of:

804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
804-016C WASHER FLAT 1/2 SAE PLT
802-082C HHCS 1/2-13X1 3/4 GR5

21. Run two or more lines outside the hopper frames
and toward the outer side of dual hoppers, or the
760 liter fertilizer tanks.
Hopper / Tank Damage Risk:
Use straps long enough to prevent chain contact with hoppers,
tanks or frame. If this is not possible, cushion the chain at all
points of contact.
22. Lift the hopper frame clear of the rack. Transport the
hopper frame to the cart frame location.

23. Remove the protective film and all tape at each
meter inlet.
