Install Unfold/Transfer Hose (F)
Refer to Figure 85, 86 on pages 52, 53 and Figure 88
198. Select one:
841-451C HH1/2R2 148 3/4FJIC 3/4MORB
199. Check that this hose has a male QD fitting at one
end. If it does not, the needed fitting may be found
at the cart hydraulic bulkhead, as part of a coupler:
811-204C CP 3/4FORB QD BH
Remove the male fitting from the coupler and
secure to the MORB end of hose
.
200. Connect the QD end of hose to cart bulkhead
port F.
Leaving a few cm/inches of slack, route hose
under bottom rear station of hitch clamp
.
Leaving little slack, route hose under the bot-
tom left station of mid hitch clamp .
Leaving about 25cm (10in) slack, route hose
under the top right station of center section portal
clamp
.
Leaving little slack, route hose under the bot-
tom front station of center section clamp .
Leaving enough slack for hose to sag to the
wing pivot center-line, route the hose through the
bottom front station of wing clamp
.
Connect the FJIC end of hose to the inlet tee
at the valve/gauge assembly .
Install Sump Hose (G)
201. Select one:
841-162C HH3/8R2 184 3/4MORB 9/16FJIC
Check that this hose has a male QD fitting at one
end. If it does not, fit one per step 199.
202. Connect the QD end of hose to cart bulkhead
port G.
Leaving a few cm/inches of slack, route hose
under bottom front station of hitch clamp
.
Leaving little slack, route hose under the bot-
tom right station of mid hitch clamp .
Leaving about 25cm (10in) slack, route hose
under the top left station of center section portal
clamp
.
Leaving little slack, route hose under the top
front station of center section clamp .
Leaving enough slack for hose to sag to the
wing pivot center-line, route the hose through the
bottom rear station of wing clamp
.
Connect the FJIC end of the hose to the dump port
(bottom) tee
at the cart weight transfer relief
valve/gauge assembly (this is the right valve).
