Specifying printing of the memory clear report and the report for a
broadcast transmission (mode 002)
Specify whether the memory clear report is printed and when the report is
printed with a broadcast transmission.

Note
The memory clear report is printed when the data stored in the memory
is erased, for example, after a power outage.
