Storing a document for polling
A document that you want viewed can be stored on the bulletin board to be
sent through polling. In addition, a document can be received through polling
from a different bulletin board.

Using a confidential box
A document to be sent to or received by a specific person can be transmitted
using a confidential box.

Sending a fax protected with a password
If the recipient is set up for the closed communication, a fax can be sent pro-
tected with a password.
