If “RX Doc. Settings”
was set to “Forward”,
specify a destination.
– To add a new for-
warding destination,
touch [Next Destina-
tion].
– To view the details of

nation, select the
destination, and then
touch [Detail].
– To delete a forwarding destination, select the destination, and then
touch [Delete].

Touch [Enter] in each screen until the standby screen (initial screen) ap-
pears.
To specify the procedure performed with documents received with an
F-code
This machine can be set to perform a specific operation when a document is
received with an F-code.

Up to 10 F-codes can be specified.
Settings can be specified for the following.
Parameter Description
F-CODE Specify the F-code with which document management is per-
formed.
RX Doc. Settings Select how the document received with the specified F-code
is managed.
Print: Select this setting to print the document.
Forward: Select this setting to forward the data to the speci-
fied recipient. Up to 300 forwarding recipients can be speci-
fied.
Print & Forward: Select this setting to print the document and
forward it to the specified recipient. Up to 300 forwarding re-
cipients can be specified.
Forwarding Dest. Specify a destination when “RX Doc. Settings” is set to “For-
ward”.
