To exit the User Management screen, touch [Enter] in each screen until
the standby screen appears.
Tone volume parameters
In the User Management screen, sound levels can be specified using the
“Line Monitor Sound” and the “Job Complete Beep” parameters.

Sound Specify the volume (between 0 and 5) of the sound
produced when a transmission is being monitored. 3

Beep Specify the volume (between 0 and 5) of the tone pro-
duced when a job is completed. 3

OFF This is a temporary print function that can be used even in the off mode
(setting where printing is not immediate, even when a fax is received). The
print management password is required to print.
