6. Configure the default settings for the key replication interval and retry attempts.
NOTE:
These commands require firmware version 1.1 or greater.
a. Log in to the appliance as admin using the password specified during configuration.
b. Type configure to enter configuration mode.

(config)#
c. Type the following commands to set both the key replication and key replication retry intervals.
(config)# setsv serverpriv nae_repl_retry_attempts 1440
This command returns: Config update successful.
(config)# setsv serverpriv nae_repl_retry_interval 60
This command returns: Config update successful.
(config)# restart stagd
d. Verify that the settings have taken effect.
(config)#display serverpriv nae_repl_retry_attempts
This command returns: 1440
(config)# display serverpriv nae_repl_retry_interval
This command returns: 60
e. Log out of the appliance.
(config)# exit
# exit

NOTE:
These settings can also be entered using a remote ssh connection while logged in as admin.
7. Unplug the null modem cable from the laptop or PC and from the SKM. All further configuration
will be done from the web management console.
Configuring the first SKM appliance
If you have more than one SKM appliance, HP recommends that they be clustered for high availability.
In this section, one SKM appliance will be configured first. In
