ATD>[;] Issues a call to phone number which corresponding alphanumeric field is

If “;” is present a voice call is performed.
Parameter:
- alphanumeric field corresponding to phone number; it must be
enclosed in quotation marks.
Note: parameter is case sensitive.
Note: used character set should be the one selected with command Select
TE character set +CSCS.
ATD>>[;] Issues a call to phone number in phonebook memory storage >,
entry location (available memories may be queried with
AT+CPBS=?).
If “;” is present a voice call is performed.
Parameters:
- phonebook memory storage; it must not be enclosed in quotation
marks.
SM - SIM phonebook
FD - SIM fixed dialling-phonebook
LD - SIM last-dialling-phonebook
MC - device missed (unanswered received) calls list
RC - ME received calls list
- entry location; it should be in the range of locations available in the
memory used.

phonebook memory storage (see +CPBS).

- internal phonebook position to be called (See either &N and &Z)

ATDi[;] Issues a call overwriting the CLIR supplementary service subscription
default value for this call
