An enhanced version of the Test command has been defined:
AT#MONI=??
AT#MONI=?? Enhanced test command reports the maximum number of cells, in a
neighbour of the serving cell and including it, from which we can extract
GSM-related informations, along with the ordinal number of the current
selected cell, in the format:
#MONI: (,)
where:
- maximum number of cells, in a neighbour of the serving cell
and including it, from which we can extract GSM-related informations.
This value is always 7.
- the last setting done with command #MONI.
Example Set command selects the cell 0

Execution command reports GSM-related information for
cell 0
