ME does not make differences between being powered by a battery or
by a power supply on the VBATT pins, so it is not possible to distinguish
between these two cases.

+ CBC - Battery Charge

Execution command returns the current Battery Charge status in the format:
+CBC:
0 - ME is powered by the battery
1 - ME has a battery connected, and charger pin is being powered
2 - ME does not have a battery connected
3 - Recognized power fault, calls inhibited
0 - battery is exhausted, or ME does not have a battery connected
25 - battery charge remained is estimated to be 25%
50 - battery charge remained is estimated to be 50%
75 - battery charge remained is estimated to be 75%
100 - battery is fully charged.
Note:
battery is being recharged if necessary with it. Supply for ME operations is
taken anyway from VBATT pins.
Note: without battery/power connected on VBATT pins or during a power
fault the unit is not working, therefore values
never appear.
