#MONI - Cell Monitor SELINT 2
Set command sets one cell out of seven, in a neighbour of the serving cell
including it, from which extract GSM-related information.
Parameter:
0..6 - it is the ordinal number of the cell, in a neighbour of the serving cell
(default 0, serving cell).
7 - it is a special request to obtain GSM-related information from the whole
set of seven cells in the neighbour of the serving cell.
Execution command (AT#MONI) reports GSM-related information for
selected cell and dedicated channel (if exists).
2. If the last setting done by #MONI is in the range [0..6], the output
format is as follows:
d) When extracting data for the serving cell and the network name is
known the format is:

e) When the network name is unknown, the format is:

- network operator code
- progressive number of adjacent cell
- base station identification code
- quality of reception
0..7
- localization area code
- cell identifier
- assigned radio channel
- received signal strength in dBm
- timing advance
Note: TA: is reported only for the serving cell.
3. If the last setting done by #MONI is 7, the execution command
produces a table-like formatted output, as follows:
