Loading transparencies
1. Push down on the TRANSPARENCY tray’s metal plate until it clicks,
locking it in place.
2. Fan the transparencies, but be careful not to leave fingerprints,
which can result in a smudged print.
3. Place transparencies in the tray under the hooks.
4. Load the transparencies so that the notched corner is placed closest to
the media level label (
5 ).
5. You can load approximately 100 sheets of transparency film. Use
the label on the inside of the tray as a reference for the proper
amount of media.
6. Insert the TRANSPARENCY tray into the Upper or Middle trays slot
on the printer.
