8. Tighten the two screws to secure the AnyRAID adapter or the pass-through board.

9. If you are instructed to return the old AnyRAID adapter or the pass-through board, follow all packaging

instructions and use any packaging materials that are supplied to you for shipping.

Installing or removing the flash module

This topic applies only to AnyRAID adapters that support the flash module.

The flash module works as the cache memory of the installed AnyRAID adapter. You can purchase a flash
module from Lenovo.
