menu to save all open files and the currently loaded project.

menu to display the file you want to print in

mode in a new window.
1. In the
Edit
window, highlight the file you want to show a Print Preview.
2. From the
File
menu, select
Print Preview
. The file is shown in Print Preview in a new
window. As shown in Figure 42,

mode.
