bly-Only executable projects, continue to step 12.
11. Select whether your project is linked to the standard C start-up module, C run-time
library, and floating-point library; select a small or large memory model (see the
section on page 199); select static or dynamic frames (see the
section on page 200); and click
Next

For executable projects, the Target and Debug Tool Selection step of the
New Project
